This circuit came from the Interval Wiper Governor for my 1994 Ford Ranger. This module is obsolete now and cannot be purchased anymore. Some of the components on the motherboard are also obsolete. So, I hacked the printed circuit board into the diagram above and figured out what wasn't working right. Turns out that Q1 was broken. Thanks for looking! Eric Black. eblack49 (at) gmail (dot) com.
