specs:
under 1us switching time (up to 100nf gate charge) at V1=12V and V2<15V [tested] V1 in between 9 and 12 volts (the limit is decided by your npn/pnp transistors) [tested] V2 up to the Vds voltage limit of your output mosfet (irfz44n: 65volts) [not fully tested]
