Nice to see this simulation of a typical bypass capacitor scheme matches 100% with what we can generate at http://pdntool.com - great validation both ways.
The first R/L emulates the power supply impedance.
The next 5 R/L/C are 5 bypass capacitor types with ESR/ESL and C. If using more capacitors of one type, just divide ESR and ESL with the number of capacitors - and multiply C with the number of capacitors.
The last R/C is the plane capacitance.
