Notice that with the DC base voltage at 1 V and an amplitude of 0.1 V (peak-peak of 0.2 V as in class) the AC portion of the voltage measured on the collector is larger by a factor of around 8. Try changing the AC amplitude to get the maximum gain without clipping. Also what causes the clipping? Note that the PN junction for the base-collector junction is reverse biased, and in the back-to-back diode would never conduct.
