This is an example of how to make a single square pulse voltage source. Just change the voltage value in a DC voltage source as shown. To get a ramp use PWL instead of PWS. It can also be done with a CSV Signal source with ; separating (t,V) values.
PS I wish this was documented and for the CSV source, the documentation shows , as the (t,V) separator rather than ;, but it doesn't work with the ,
