For charging and discharging a battery under test. Switch closed applies a -200uA constant charge to the battery. Switch closed causes a 200uA constant discharge--at least in theory. The simulator has a different opinion. Hit the "Run DC Solver" button and AM1 reads zero and AM3 indicates a 200uA phantom current.
