Voltage regulator based on the Wikipedia Article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voltage_regulator . Holds 5 V at the load. Big drawback is the need for an additional dual voltage power supply to power the op-amp; 6V is +/- 3V, and that is not enough.
