Based on this simulation the logic levels for the all of the Digital Primitives and Digital Gates define "one" as a 5 volt level. There are other logic levels in the world. CMOS, for example, can function from 3V to 15V and some PICs can run as low as 2V.
It would be great if there was a setting for changing the level of the '1' state, and perhaps even to change the '0' state (for instance to simulate negative logic).
