A quick demonstration of customising a diode by editing the N emission coefficient parameter to change the forward drop in an LED.
Varying the R_S parameter will adjust the slope resistance: a lower R_S will give a lower dV/dI at higher forward currents.

A DC Sweep with N as the Second Parameter is run to show the effect of changing N whilst doing the DC Sweep without the second parameter just shows the forward voltage vs. forward current for the customised diode.
