Regulated current sink, designed for use as a TDCS power supply. LM317s can be used to regulate currents down to 12mA, while TDCS uses currents around 2mA. This circuit uses a LM317 to generate a regulated 12mA, then feeds it to a pair of current mirrors that, due to differing emitter resistor values, divide the current by a factor of about 6.
