Circuit Lab (and SPICE) do not calculate resistances. However, if you force "1A" into a resistor combination, the resulting voltage (in Volts) across the current source is the resistance in Ohms because of Ohm's Law.
V = I * R, but if I=1 then V =1*R = R.
