We've always had a single style of schematic symbol for MOSFETs within CircuitLab schematics, but we now have several options available. These three styles are "CMOS" (the original style), "ENH" for Enhancement-mode MOSFETs, and "ENH_BD" which adds a body diode to the symbol.
Here's a sample:
If you get mixed up while building your schematic, just mouse-over any terminal and CircuitLab will tell you if it's the drain or source!
So how do I change the option? I cant find it under properties. |

Double click on the symbol (or Right-Click > Edit Parameters) then scroll down to the DISP button at the bottom of the parameter list. Note that this only changes the symbol, not the parameter list. |

The body diode should not be displayed with the Zener symbol! Some MOSFETs include an added Zener protection diode, but that's different from the intrinsic body diode formed by the body and drain. |
